labworks.io ltd ("us", "we", or "our") builds and operates voice assistant applications (hereafter referred to as "Skills").

By using our services, including but not limited to our Skills and website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We use your Personal Information for the providing, improving and marketing of our Skills and services, and those of our partners.

While using our Skills or services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information"), email address and home address.
Like all Skill operators, we collect information that the platform providers (including but not limited to Amazon and Google) sends us whenever you use our applications ("Log Data").
This Log Data may include information such as your device type, the parts of the Skills that you interact with, the time and date of your use, the time spent on the Skills and other statistics.
In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this information.
We may use your Personal Information to contact you via the email you provided if we need further information to improve our Skills and services.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
How long we can hold your data for
We will hold your data for 24 months from your last interaction with one of our Skills or services. After this time your data will be automatically erased.
